Subscription Terms and Conditions

We are committed to providing cost effective services in the community and we recognise that some clients will need frequent ear cleaning.

 

We are delighted to be able to offer a monthly subscription service that will save you 20% from our standard service charges.

Two visits year = £8 per month

Four Visits a year = £16 per month

Six visits a year = £24 per month

Terms and Conditions for Monthly Subscription Service:

1. The following terms and conditions (the "Agreement") govern the monthly subscription service provided by Hear Today Ltd ("the Company") for the provision of an ear cleaning service at home as per the standard service specifications available on the website www.hear-today.com.

2. The service includes an agreed number of home visits per year to the customer or a nominated third party.

3. The service visits must be scheduled in advance and can be rescheduled or changed with reasonable notice by either party.

4. The monthly subscription fee will be charged via direct debit and will be refunded proportionately to the customer within the schedule of the agreed service provision on cancellation of the agreement. Refunds will incur a nominal processing fee to cover merchant fees incurred by the Company.

5. The customer has the right to terminate the agreement at any time resulting in immediate cancellation of these terms. In such circumstances the customer will be required to cancel the Direct Debit mandate immediately and make a request for a refund within 3 months for any service charges taken for services not provided. 

6. The Company reserves the right to terminate the agreement with immediate effect if the customer breaches any terms of this Agreement or if the Company is no longer able to provide the service. In this case the Company will contact the customer to arrange refund. 

7. The customer is responsible for providing accurate and updated information for scheduling and delivering the service.

8. The Company agrees to abide by the standard service specifications as outlined on the website www.hear-today.com at all times throughout this agreement.

9. The Company may update these terms and conditions at any time, with the updated version posted on the website. It is the customer's responsibility to review the terms periodically.
