About us and our service
We realise how troubling ear wax blockage can be and, for different reasons, people cannot always attend clinics to have their ears cleared.

We at Hear Today aim to provide the best and most affordable home visit ear wax cleaning service in the South East of England.

Hear Today practitioners have been fully trained by Ear, Nose and Throat (ENT) consultants. We go further than most ear care providers and every consultation starts with a visual inspection of the outer structures of the ear for signs of skin problems such as basal cell carcinomas (BCC), actinic keratosis, seborrheic keratosis and squamous cell carcinoma (SCC).
We will then proceed to inspect your ear canal and will advise if microsuction is right for you before proceeding.

Stuart Rutland

Stuart has worked in urgent, emergency and primary care for over 25 years and has a professional interest in musculoskeletal disorders and Ear, Nose and Throat conditions. He trained under the ENT department at the Royal Sussex County Hospital in micro-suction.
Stuart is an active member of The Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh faculty of pre-hospital care and examines regularly for the College. He holds a masters degree from Surrey University and a Diploma in Urgent Medical Care from The College of Surgeons of Edinburgh.
Nigel Brown
BSc
Nigel has over 20 years' experience working as an Allied Health Professional in both emergency and primary care settings within the NHS. He achieved his BSc in First Contact & Urgent Health Care at St.George's University, London. Nigel has a keen interest in Ear Pathology and completed aural micro-suction training under the ENT (Ear, Nose & Throat) department at the Royal Sussex County Hospital, part of University Hospitals Sussex.
