What to expect 1-2-3
Micro-suction ear wax removal is proven to be the safest and most comfortable way to remove troubling wax from your ears.
In most cases, you can expect relief within 30 minutes.
1: Consultation and Examination

We aim to deliver the best care for you in the comfort of your home. We will start by speaking with you and exploring your concerns, noting any troubling symptoms. We will then explain what we can do and how we will examine your ears. Only once all of your questions are answered, will we examine your outer ear for any skin problems before looking into your ear canals with an otoscope (a speciel device for looking into ears). If your ears aren't blocked we will advise you on how best to manage your symtoms and provide a report for your GP or health provider. If your ears are blocked we will proceed to clearing them out and getting you feeling back to your usual self.
2: Microsuction
Microsuction is the safest way to clear your ears. Using a small suction device we fully clean your ears of occluding wax and debris. Occasionally we will also use very small instruments to loosen the wax before we vacuum it out. This is a painless process that is much safer than ear irrigation or syringing. It can be noisy and occasionally you may feel dizzy for a short time afterwards. The process is relatively quick and most people experience very few, if any side effects or discomfort. Speak with a member of our team if you still have any questions, or use the contact us form and we will get back to you promptly.
3: Report
Personalised letter for your GP or healthcare provider. We provide you with a personalised, written summary outlining our consultation including any findings or recommendations for follow up and referral. You can be reassured that if, in the unusual event we find anything that needs additional assessment or teatment, this will be fully covered. We can also provide information and advice about common ear conditions.
Testimonials
Dear Nigel,
Thank you for visiting me yesterday to examine my ears and carry out a microsuction of ear wax. I can be quite a nervous patient but you were totally re-assuring and kept me informed from start to finish.
This was the first time I had experienced microsuction and you clearly explained what was going to happen and the procedure. You were friendly, kind, gentle, understanding and totally professional. The procedure itself was pain free… yes, a little noisy at times, but you explained that before you started.
Thank you once again and I can now hear again perfectly! I certainly would recommend you to anyone experiencing ear wax problems.
Kind regards,
Jeremy

I called Nigel at around 1040am this morning and he was out at my house by 1130! Very kind and calming chap and was very cautious and spoke me through each process which was very comforting. Even my family are looking to use him in the future.
Thank you so much Nigel.
